Super busy but still fast, friendly, and dead accurate. Best Starbucks in N Phoenix. Everyone always takes time to be polite and they are rarely out of items.

Starbucks.. the McDonald's of coffee houses. The food and coffee is not why they get five stars. The people are. Very awesome people there. And a lady named Denise take your order and she sounds like she's talking really fast, tell her Jim says she's reached her caffeine intake. :-)

Nothing is worse than forgetting your purse with all your ids, credit cards, cash etc. in a public place. My sister did. We didn't realize it until we had already crossed into California. We had earlier enjoyed our favorite drinks at Starbucks in Anthem. We immediately contacted the Starbucks. A friendly barista confirmed they had our purse. It wasn't until the following day a friend was able to pick up the purse. The courteous friendly reassuring way Stephanie the manager, handled our situation is more than a reason to applaud and highly recommend this truly outstanding example of customer service!
