Everything about our night was perfect. The food was fantastic and the service was equally as good. My wife and I shared a wonderful time there about 20 years ago prior to our first child being born. And we now wanted to bring our three children and our wonderful friend Laura to experience the amazing time we remember and the sanctuary and elements is still an amazing place in 2019!!
We had high expectations for our first visit to Elements. All service; from reservation, valet, greeting, tableside - was superb.
The physical setting (inside) slightly less than anticipated.
Food all prepared well and timely, some specific ingredients or featured offerings, also less than hoped for.
Can still recommend it to friends. Enjoy!
We had a fabulous dinner with exceptional food. After paying the bill I asked for a coffee to go ( driving after wine) and was given a ‘to go cup’ for $6. I told the waiter I was surprised with the charge, he was very rude to us, with his reply, after giving a 20% tip. Just a sad way to end our diner experience at the Element.
Absolutely great views but that's only where it began. Our waiter (Dan) recommended many things and they were all awesome. Starting with the escargot and moving on to the lobster bisque and the grand finale was the double pork chop with brussel sprouts. Everyone at the table was jealous about my dish. It was all good.... But the pork chop was out of this world. Really really really a five star place. Dinner and drinks for 4 was $500 and it was worth every penny. Well done.
Great menu, very good service, reasonably priced. My steak was very over done and the table beside us also had issues with their meat preparation. The waiter did not return in time to express my discontent so I ate it. I did tell him that it was about 40 degrees over done when he did return and despite my displeasure I was still charged full price ($78) without any compensatory measures. I would not normally mind, but when spending several hundred of dollars on dinner I would expect better execution.
