Denny's

Denny's food was excellent but the service was a little off. I'm not sure of the root cause, but the feeling was unsettling a little bit. The waitresses put on a smile but it was painted on smiles. They didn't look truly happy to serve me. Nice hair cut, clean shaven, dress in slacks, button down, and a tie. So I looked presentable. I just felt the older white gentleman that sat two tables down from me was receiving excellent service that I felt I should receive also. Before you pull out the race card, DON'T! I have to go back again and see what kind of service I get next time. It could be a number of factors that could have caused bad service, so I am willing to try again. Stay tuned...

We love it. We know Gina. The manager is there and courteous. Always the same chefs. I'll keep going back. I live close and I go by an IHOP for the food and folks. When that changes, I'll change. I had the make your own slam. Eggs over medium, hash browns, turkey bacon. All, always perfectly prepared and served. Keep it up! Peoria residents and tourists a plenty for a nice kind and fun atmosphere.

Our waiter was amazing! So professional and genuinely courteous. The food was cooked perfectly. The place was nearly empty, people don't know what they're missing!

Good, solid food. We had good service with a great server. Food came out in a decent period of time. And everything was properly made. It's a great anytime restaurant. Go in and enjoy.

This Denny's is every clean. It's not always quick to get a seat though. It is always busy as hell. It does have one of the few remaining coffee shop counters. The service staff is always very friendly and helpful. And it's right across the street from Arrowhead mall, so it is very convenient.
