Yo son excellent service here will come again

We go here for frozen coffee mostly. Most of the employee's are nice and helpful. Recently though a girl was not so much. She didn't give a receipt or straw. Then she wasn't even nice about the fact that we had to wait and get her attention in order to get the receipt and straw. She also doesn't even speak when we are at the window. I had her one time and my husband did too. Both times she didn't give us a straw. Please train your employee's to give straws and receipts.

Their donuts must be great because they're always running out of the ones we want.

This is my go to Dunkin. I have never had an issue that the crew won't fix with a smile on their faces. I go here for coffee and an occasional breakfast sandwich or bagel. I usually go in during the rush and I have a choice wait in line or use the app. If I use the app no waiting but when it's the rush I feel bad and wait. Unless someone acts rude about the wait and then I use the app just to cut and piss em off! You can use the app too! The only issue I ever have is I like the most popular flavor of bagel and it's sold out sometimes but they always do their best to make me happy and substitute. I've also found a simple good morning how is your day in response to being greeted by the staff can be rewarded. Try it sometime you might be surprised how friendly and generous they can be. I enjoy paying it forward here and seeing how long it lasts. Take the survey and you get a free donut and nothing taste better then free ninety nine. always perfect Maple bars.
