Subway

The overall experience is great - the restaurant is clean, the food is quite good and definitely what you'd expect from Subway, and the employees are not to chatty but nice enough to make you feel welcome. My only complaint was the slow service. It was lunchtime chaos and they only had one employee making subs - I realize that was more an issue with management. That said, there was no real urgency in the work and a 9 person line took 40 minutes to get through. Hopefully that was a one time deal. Other than that, it's easily a top notch Subway.

This was Subway in Anthem. They had just open at 9:00 am. They were ready to go! Product was fresh and service was 5 Star! Thank you Miss who was working that morning?!

The interior is nice, also the employees are really friendly and has really good subs

One of their employees accused me of stealing and hid in the back like a coward as his coworker handled the situation.

If you allow your employees to accuse customers of theft, at least train them to own up to their mistakes. The only reason I'm giving a decent rating is because that kids coworker was able to act like a professional.

There were 4 girls working lunch, though they were efficient, there was no personality from any of them. They barely spoke to the customers or each other. Strange atmosphere due to that. Seemed annoyed when asking for special requests, like putting a sauce on the side... I had lunch there and was there for about 20 min. They didn’t say hello to a single customer or goodbye or even a thank you. Those types of pleasantries go along way I think.
