Fabio on Fire Gelateria & Panini

If you like the main Fabio restaurant, then this is a perfect complement. It maintains all the Italian heart, soul and craft food you’ve come to expect from Fabio’s, but in a smaller sandwich shop. Great assortment of inspired, hearty Italian sandwiches on wood-fired artisanal bread. There’s something here for everyone.. veggie, pork belly, salami, mortadella, etc. The gelato assortment is amazing and inspired as well. This is legit Italian craft food, you won’t be disappointed. So thankful they opened this nearby!

Came here yesterday for lunch and it was amazing. They only serve panini’s and gelato which we had to try both of course. They have a wood fired baking process and the dough comes out crisp with a soft chew. We ended up ordering 2 different types and shared them as they were cut in half for us. The young blonde girl at the register was very helpful and nice. Definitely coming back.

Definitely will be back. The service wasn't fantastic but I think she was maybe newer or not fully trained yet. The food was very good, few minor things that were a little disappointing. The lobster ravioli was pretty good, the meat portion in the ravioli was not consistent. I had one ravioli that had a chunk of lobster and it was delicious. The rest had very little meat and that was disappointing. But the vodka sauce was delicious and I would order something else next time with that sauce. The lasagna; the bolognese sauce was outstanding! The noodles were slightly over cooked but that makes sense to me as they likely cook a large tray and then warm it up again when served. The seating is a bit cramped and I felt like I had to hug the wall because there was servers constantly walking by and patrons using the restroom. We didn't have any cocktails but would like to try them next time. I look forward to trying some different dishes on our next visit.

It was really crowded but worth the wait! Excellent pistachio gelato and paninis I also bought a loaf of beautiful Italian bread, they have great quality ingredients and everything is fresh

Big fans of Fabio on Fire restaurant so came here day 1 to support new shop for paninis and gelatos. All of the Gelatos were fantastic but the Strawberry is still my favorite. Fantastic and friendly service.
