This restaurant was amazing. It's a unique restaurant, they have a live DJ, only brunch food, and a nice variety of food and drinks. The billionaire's bacon looked interesting, but I didn't get it, only cause it sounded sweet. The Bloody Mary bar is great, so many choices. Definitely worth 14 bucks!
I heard from friends and read many great reviews about Hash Kitchen. I was in the area for a special event and noticed Hash Kitchen at Park West. This restaurant was jam-packed! There was a 30 minute wait but once we were seated the vibe and atmosphere felt like I was in a dance club. There was a DJ spinning some great music, the decor had a very modern and urban look.
Our waiter was very respectful, hip and fun to talk with. I was so excited about the items on the menu, that I ordered multiple items. You tired of my order tasted better and better. Just so you know the wait time to be seated can range from 30 minutes to 2 hours. But it is definitely worth the wait!
I had the most amazing waitress, Amber. I came early as the first person in my party and she was quick to attend to me. The moment she saw me she let me know she'd be right back, came back with water, and this service was all done before my friends arrived to the restaurant; I didn't even ask her to do that and just the gesture of having water ready for my friends made an impact because it's SO hot. I thought her presence was very warm and welcoming. She didn't make us feel bad for not knowing what to eat or drink immediately. She even gave us recommendations on food and drinks despite the amount of guests. I was there from like 7:10-9:00 AM and throughout that whole period there wasn't a moment where we thought she forgot about us, which happens a lot at busy restaurants. She always had a smile on her face. I'm very thankful for the service she provided. I've worked in customer service and understand how difficult it is to keep up when the work flow changes rapidly but she made it look easy!
Apart from my wonderful service, here's some things I know to expect coming here. Food is great and drinks are pricey but definitely worth it. Literally everything I've ordered from here has been delicious. Booze bags are a bit weaker if you're a seasoned drinker tho. Expect a long wait because this place is amazing and it will be busy. Always 9 or 10 o'clock, brunch times, there will be like about a 60-90 minute wait. I have very little patience so I have never stayed to wait for a table that long but if you arrive at the restaurant at 7 or 8 o'clock the wait isn't bad.
This is my negative. Not enough to knock down stars because my overall experience was great and my friends had fun. The hostesses in the front need to speak up and specify who they're pointing to when seating tables. I had just told them how many people were in my party and then a girl said your table is ready so I followed her and then I found out that it was for the other party. I thought in my head well I just put in my request for the same amount of people and so the table is ready instantaneously. Fantastic, I'll follow this lady but it was not my table and so that was embarrassing. I drank about it so in my head it's resolved. Maybe this is just me but y'all work in a loud environment. Please speak up because you cannot be soft spoken seating people because that could set off someone that would be angry rather than like me, embarrassed. This place is too amazing for less than 5 stars!
Thanks Amber love her ~
I've never met her in my life but she's the best waitress I've had ever and she demonstrated there are good people willing to work and do their job well.
Service was great! Everyone was super friendly. Place was busy but staff was moving fast and it didn’t take very long to get our food. The fruit was super fresh and delicious. Great menu choices especially for alcohol. Lots of super cool drink options. Awesome atmosphere
Went to the Park North location on a Saturday morning about 9:00 a.m. got seated fairly quickly within 20 minutes. Waitress took our order fairly quickly. Took over 45 minutes to get our drinks and then our breakfast about 15 minutes later. Normally I'd say that was way too long but it was special occasion. When the food finally came it was barely warm. Also we got a child cup for Apple juice. It was only half full I couldn't believe that. The portion of the eggs and potatoes were rather small for the price.
Wound up spending over $125 for something that should probably cost no more than 65 for four people.
would not even rated a three if the food at least wasn't good.
