Hotpot for days

$25 hot pot? Yes! Completely satisfied with both the food and the service.

The self serve bar had plenty of fresh vegetables, noodles, and seafood. Meat and water came quickly when requested. I read other reviews about poor service, but did not have the same experience.

Not as many options as I'm used to, but I'm also used to paying twice as much. I would definitely go back.

Meat portions are decent for price and the broth is okay. Sadly over the course of the meal the attentiveness of the servers pluments. Been here twice and both times they only checked on us once after giving us our broth, in order to give us our check.

the hot pot here is really good! They have you choose from a pork based broth, beef based broth, vegetarian broth, or Tom yum based broth(sweet and sour soup). I had the beef and the Tom yum both absolutely very delicious! the Tom yum is on the spicier side so if you cant handle heat, the beef broth or pork broth would be a better option for you.
The meats that were served here are nicely and evenly cut and they taste really good! Especially when dipped in this soy sauce mixture they give you when they seat you!

Every waiter here was very kind and if it’s your first time they explain how to order.

They have a little area where you can go and grab seafood, vegetables, and noodles all you want!

We just had our first experience here and we really enjoyed it! We were immediately seated but there weren’t too many people there. The food was delicious! The broth was super and the waitress tailored the spiciness to our preference. There was plenty of meat and the waitress offered us as much as we wanted. The add ins were fresh and the seafood options were plentiful. Since this was our first time doing hot pot it was overwhelming but our waitress walked us through it. The price was $25 a person which seemed a bit much at first but the experience and food made it well worth it. In my opinion this is perfect place to have a date night and leave the kids with a sitter but they do offer a discount for kids. We are looking forward to coming here again!

FAIR - It seems pricey at first for do-it-yourself soup but ingredient quality and quantity makes this reasonable.

EXCELLENT - meats, noodle, veg, and seafood were fresh and presentable

Hospitality
POOR - This is probably the most lacking and noticeable part of the experience. Long swathes of time pass by for any service. Don't expect someone to walk up and check up on you. You want something you'll likely have to gesture. Most of the staff that night looked like teenage boys completely preoccupied with their cell phones.

Cleanliness
ACCEPTABLE - The dining room and serving areas look alright. The men's room soap dispenser was missing pieces and the supplemental soap bottle was empty. Didn't give me good feelings about the male waitstaff.

It was alright for just an experience but I'm not likely to return there.
