    Good food. Roommate and his parents (who eat out a lot!) are ga-ga about the place. During discussions of where to eat, Gil's will get the instant 'yeses'. This restaurant has yet to win me over as unique or special, but I am willing to be wrong. On my last visit, the owner worked with me to make a dish of just what I wanted, so if you need terrific service and better-than-okay food, this is theplace for you (maybe I'm jaded?). :)

    The food is awesome! I am from Southern Colorado and New Mexico. I finally found really New Mexician food. Thank You Gil!!! Calling all 4 corners kids!!! This is a must!!!
