Balkan Bakery

Moved into an apartment just around the corner of here, so me and my wife decided to try it out, and we both have to say we decided to go here. I had never had burek before, but if burek is always this good, I feel sad not having had it until now.

My wife and I would very much recommend going here if you have the chance.

This was my first visit to Balkan Bakery, and I wasn't disappointed. I was searching for baklava, and this bakery popped up . Not only did they have really good baked goods(I missed out on the cream puffs!), the food was good too, and the were a lot of fun products to browse/buy too. I'll be going back for pastry and coffee. Oh, and the staff was very friendly and patient while explaining the goods. A great little place!

Balkan Bakery is a must for Eastern European / Croatian cuisine. A perfect lunch spot. The Ćevapi is amazing along with all the baked goods. They also have an assortment of imported goods to take home such as smoked / cured meats, condiments, etc etc.

One of the best places to experience eastern European foods. Served hot and redy with different choices of flavors. This family owned business is a must try
