Jack in the Box

They have a lot of issues but it’s a fast food place not a restaurant and surprisingly they treat you pretty good!

It's an ok burger joint that does what it's suppose to but in my opinion the burgers patty tastes dry if you don't put any cheese on it and some of the pictures of the food on the coupons look totally different then how they actually look(especially the tacos). If your craving for Jack in a box and there's a long line I recommend you turn your cravings towards something else because when there's to many people the people working there just can't seem to take the pressure and they mess up the order. I recently ordered a fish combo as well as 2 jumbo Jack's with a buy one get one free coupon and two tacos (what can I say I'm a hungry boy)and the employee confirmed the order but when I got home the only thing in the bag was two ???? tacos some ???? fries from the fish combo and not even the main part of the combo it self but some random breakfast burger that Ive never tried before. So I paid full price and I was missing two jumbo jack's a fish combo and instead had some random burger. So I went back to the restaurant and they fixed it but they took away the other burger which let me just say what are they going to with that? Throw it away? I really do like it when restaurants let you keep the food they messed up because it's just a better way of saying sorry but nope they just took it and threw it away. So I get back home and well I didn't ask for cheese on one of my burgers but they still put it. And I still don't find that acceptable that they STILL messed it up because what if I didn't like cheese? Then I would of had to gone back and I would've wasted another 15 minutes that would of gone along nicely with the 30 minutes I had already wasted.

I am not a fast food fanatic but Jack in the Box does have a unique place among them. You can always stop in and choose from several different menu items depending on how you are feeling or what you might be craving. I have been to this location many times and have never had an issue here.

I’ve been going to this Jack for a while now and I find it way better than the one on 51st. I always seem to get served my a young woman with a name tag of Makayla. Such a wonderful young woman. Always shows positivity and good service. Very well mannered.
