Firehouse Subs

I always get great tasting food here but this time I want to comment on the staff. This place has some of the best customer service I've ever had. My to go order was going to take a little longer to complete because they were out of one of the meats and had to make more, so they offered me a complimentary drink or chips while I waited. I also had my 5 month old with me and was having trouble carrying my food and my baby and without having to ask they offered to help me carry my order out to my car. All around I had a great experience at this location. Thank you to the staff for being so kind and helpful.
The food was also delicious, as always.

I love Firehouse and eat it pretty frequently. I love their food and it always comes exactly the way I ordered it. Also Giovanna at this location is amazing! She really made this experience pleasant! She went above and beyond her responsibilities, even cleaning up our trays while we were sitting and talking after we had eaten! Thank you so much for being so helpful!

Nice place to get a quick bite. They have nice sandwiches and they are very nice to people. They have a system of just getting the sandwich and they make it for you. They give you a fire hat if you to one of the special sandwiches. They are not very busy and have nice clean tables. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Food was great as always. But the last three times I have been there, service seems slower and slower. You're greeted promptly, your order is inputted promptly, however the food has been taking longer to make the last few times I've been there. Hopefully this is fixed soon.

Went here for lunch with my daughter today. This was our 1st time at a Firehouse Sub. We had the New York Steamer. It was delicious. Just the right amount of meat and cheese. The bread was soft with just the right amount of crisp to the crust. We we're surprised that the combo meal included our choice of drink size. The sweet tea had the perfect amount of sugar and was fresh. The staff was very friendly and helped us select our lunch. I like that they give back to the firefighters.
We will be sure to come back.
