I spoke with Celeste Bendel whom is an area manager and she was more than happy to send put my original order for free. She was happy to help and empathetic to the situation. I will likely go ahead and give the location another try just because of that. So for the time being I'm updating my review to 5 stars based on the service I got from Celeste.
I ordered a pizza online the order went through then the money was put back in my account, got an email online orders were unavailable. No big deal. I called- ordered the pizza and they charged me and putvthe money back again. So I called, they hung up on me. THREE TIMES!! After waiting on hold once over 10 minutes. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone at this point .Worse service ever.
