This place is a gosh m gem if you haven't been. I'm amazed at how well the sound is for every concert I've attended there. They have great drinks and the decoration alone is cool to admire. It's downstairs from an alley which looks suspicious but it's the bestest place for me. Music, food, and drinks... You won't have a bad time there.
Comfortable atmosphere..Excellent food unbelievable.Great service,Wonderful place to party,This place is simply amazing! All of the staff have a wonderful sense of humor and are so kind. The beer hall is a great place to grab beers when friends and family. They offer a handle full of food option. I would recommend it to anyone! Cheers
Valley bar is unique in location and general design. Which at first glance, seems like a very cool venue; however, I've been disappointed by the quality of service and cleanliness of the place time and time again. Both on busier and slower nights alike. It's one thing, being in the basement; I'm from the Midwest, those are the norm there. It's another when combined with waiting forever for poor service of ridiculously priced, bad mixed drinks and feeling like you might catch something from the bathrooms, should you dare enter. I give Valley Bar a 3-star for originality in the Southwest and the great bands that play there; otherwise, it's just another overpriced, dirty, basement.
Valley bar is one of my favorite joints in Phoenix. Always a welcome environment. If you go on a Friday, typically there's a small cover charge, but they donate it to charity. If you want to dance, Valley Bar is the place to be!
They are known for their cocktails, too, so don't miss out on them. Also, yes. You do have to go through that weird little alley to get to the entrance.
Trendy spot. Love the back alley red light access and overall feel of it. Had a speakeasy feel to it. Totally safe to get to though and right off the main drag. Inside it's a different world then what I expected to find. Eclectic. A band was playing so you would have to pay unless you went to the main bar which I did. Tenders were awesome. Busy spot and seems popular amongst the locals.
