Aunt Chiladas Squaw Peak

Went to a wedding here. It has a venue here in the back for special occasions. The wedding we went to also had a buffet. This is Mexican food which was pretty good. I have been here a couple of times. Kinda of hidden. Staff was very attentive for the about 150 people at the wedding.

This is a MUST if you want to go where the locals go for good Mexican food. They also have the best patio in town. It’s our dog’s favorite :) The best dish is the Huevos y Enchiladas (spinach) on the brunch menu. And make sure you get a Bloody Mary to wash down the chips and salsa (both corn and flour- amazing!!)

I had dinner here last night with a group and overall it was good. The food isn’t the reason to dine here as it is average to average plus at best. The atmosphere and drinks are the draw. They have a ton of margaritas that are all good.

The location has a ton of history ranging from when they used to be a brothel to their connection to the mining industry.

There are ping pong tables and bean bag horseshoe games along with blocks etc.

This is a fun place to have dinner. The NY strip was tasty but again not out of this world. Go there for drinks and fun and you won’t be disappointed.

Very friendly wait staff. Delicious Mexican fare. Indoor / outdoor dining. Two parking lot areas and some street parking. Very tasty frozen margaritas. Not all areas are wheelchair accessible.
