The best BBQ in the valley. Long wait (> 2 hours) if you come early in the morning, especially during spring training. Well worth it! If you aren't picky, the early after noon has little to no wait and just as delicious food, only a smaller selection.
Simply cannot get enough of it! Great staff and excellent food. Worth up to an hour wait to me.

I love this place! They served the best Brisket in Phoenix. It practically melted in my mouth and every bite had a smoked taste! I waited maybe 45 minutes for my order but the wait is definitely worth it. I will surely come back next week!
I went with a party of six adults and two toddlers. We got in line at 10, they opened at 11, and we had our food by about 11:15. I'm told you have to get there early, or you risk them running out of food before it's your turn to order.While we were waiting, the owner brought out samples of meat to try and walked through the line of people waiting to greet everyone.
I ordered the fatty brisket, sausage, potato salad, and baked beans and it was all delicious. While we were eating, they checked on us multiple times (and this isn't a restaurant with servers; you order, get your food, and sit where you want) and even offered to make PB&J sandwiches for my kids.
I'd highly recommend this place!
I loved the lean brisket (I prefer leaner meats). My only regret was not getting there early enough to get the pulled pork. The service was also top notch and we were even shown around the smokers' area. What a great experience... Can't wait to be back and try the pulled pork.
