Recently opened, employees always friendly and smiling. Been here a few times now, chicken and fries always fresh. Been addicted to the spicy strips lately. Cant decide sweet tea or lemonade? Get an Arnold Palmer.

Good food, as usual,although the organization of the evening drive through was terrible. I understand this location just opened so it has a higher volume of customers right now but it was poorly handled tonight. I shouldn't have to be in line for fast-food in a drive through for 20 minutes. There was one car in front of me who apparently had a large order. I was served my food, and the two cars behind me were served their food before the car in front of me was even close to receiving theirs but yet we had to wait behind them for 10 minutes after having already receiving my food and was halfway done with it. I politely asked one of the girls delivering orders to please ask the driver in front to park somewhere since several of us have received our order and would like to leave but cannot with this car still up front. She then loudly told both the car in front of me as well as her co-workers that the lady behind them was complaining. Wow. Professional. No complaint, just a request which I might add, said employee, seemed confused that this was even something someone would ask. Fairly easy and understandable request. Probably will not go back based on the terrible professionalism of one single employee. Everyone else was great. Lots of other chicken options in the South Phoenix area.
