    The place is very clean. The staff is very friendly. I enjoy their food and would come back again.

    Good sandwich very tasty. customer service was lacking. For the price I would expect a friendlier encounter. Seems I am not the only one with this opinion.

    Not fast food, lol. But always worth the wait. French dip on pretzel is amazing.

    I love Schlotsky's and give it a 5 stars across the board for great food, but... This particular location has poor customer service. If they are even slightly busy they neglect the counter leaving customers to stand waiting for more than 15 minutes at a time. When they finally come to the counter their tone is less than desirable. My last visit they didn't bother to call out the order number and was rude at the pick up counter. My very first visit to this location was great, so I guess it depends on whose working there, so until customer service is standard they get 3 stars from me
