The atmosphere is wonderful. They take reservations which we did not make but we were still seated very quickly outside. Claudia was our server and she was wonderful she was attentive to our needs was. Great part was meeting Chef Joe. He personally came to check on the tables to see how everything was. The bread and oil was amazing. Food was so delicious. So much flavor some of the best Italian food I've had!!!!!

Growing up in the Northeast, Italian food is everywhere. And it tends to be really delicious! Moving out west, I knew finding good Italian food would be difficult, to say the least. We've dined at a few fancy/expensive Italian restaurants in Phoenix and had food that was just OK. Aiello's is the "closest to home" that we've been able to find. We had a really excellent meal here with attentive service and a price point that was just right for what we had. Don't be fooled by those upscale restaurants - give Aiello's a try because you just might like it!

Aiello's is a must go when in Phoenix! Easily the best Italian food we've had since going to Italy 3 years ago. Staff were so helpful, courteous and most considerate. The menu has a varied selection which will leave you wanting to try it all! Dishes are prepared fresh and at time of order, and ambiance of the setting will suite your mood - be it casual or romance. My only regret is that we don't live in Phoenix and won't be back for a while....but when we do, it will be to Aiello's for sure.

What a great fine dining experience. Don't let the strip mall exterior fool you. This is a top tier dining experience. I only wish we would have found it sooner. Great food, great staff, they even have a game at the end were you could win your meal for free. The table next to won!

This restaurant is amazing. It's small and quaint with delicious food and great friendly service. Incredible "spicy" oil w/bread for dipping. I usually have one of the specials which always impresses me. I'm from the East Coast so Aiello's is most definitely my kind of place. I highly recommend it. It's prices are slightly higher but I feel if the food is fresh and delicious and keeps you coming back for more, who cares. I don't mind paying a little extra for fresh food, great drinks, cozy atmosphere and excellent service. If you're looking for low prices and large portions, this is not the place for you. Also, a word of advise; this is not a "take out" kind of restaurant. You need to physically dine in the restaurant to really appreciate the food & service.
