hands down the best italian sandwich shop in phoenix. me and my family and coworkers have been coming here for about 15 years and all of their food is delicious.. they are family owned and old school. just they way restaurants should be.. they are tight by phoenix college and get pretty busy during lunch time... try their potato salad too..

My friends told me about this place & I love it! It's so yummy! The atmosphere is great! Also the owner is good looking!

First time there and enjoyed our meal. Had half veg, half Hawaiian pizza. Very reasonably priced. We'll be back. 4 instead of 5 stars because the veg pizza was missing two ingredients that were listed on the menu.

Local gem! That Hariotiki salad dressing was out of this world. I'd gotten so used to "wood fired" pizza crusts that I thought the slightly burned flavor was an extra. No burned edges on that beauty - thin crust, evenly textured, slightly spicy sauce and just enough fresh cheese.
1. Order at the register before you sit down.
2. Gawk at the old school stuff behind the counter.
3. Take in that yeasty-smartly seasoned aroma.
4. Save your salad plate to dip the pizza bones.
5. You can thank me later.
6. Closes at 8 and closed Sundays.
