Barro's Pizza

In 2008 I moved to AZ, this was the first place I ate and it's still a great pizza place. We had half pepp half sausage????????????????so good!!

Excellent service and food. Sat outside very relaxing. Company was great to.

The pizza is amazing. You can't beat the lunch specials. Always fast, friendly service.

Pizza is great. Barros is one of my fav pizza spots and this location is always on point with delicious pies. However, in the last few months it seems they either have less employees, or newer, less-experienced ones. I’ve had to walk in and walk out more than once when there was a large line with two (sometimes only one) person taking orders. They need to put in some railings to mark off the line to order. When they remodeled they changed the location of the cashiers so the line backs up to the entrance with only a few people in line. It seems like a super easy implementation that no one though would be needed. They’re busy a lot. If they want to stay busy they need to bring on more employees and improve the line to wait in while ordering.

Taking our order was frustrating, the person seemed extremely annoyed and just wanted us to order quickly. It was our first time at Barro's and had some questions. We ordered a medium pizza and wings. I'm glad we didn't just order the wings like we originally were going to because the wings never showed up. We had to then prove to the waitress that took our order that we never got our wings. And we were even told we might not get our money back even though we never received the food. The manager on duty was at least very nice and extremely apologetic about the mess up. We finally were able to get a refund and we went on our way. Overall experience was less than desirable but we tried to have a positive outlook on the whole situation. Tried out a different Barro's and very pleased.
