Hard to beat freshly fried chicken, they got the zucchini perfect. Night staff was awesome!

My original score would have been 1 star. The Beyond burger I ordered was dry, the bun was chewy and the lettuce wilted. After expressing my thoughts another sandwich was prepared but arrived with cheese. I was ready to leave when Alondra went into the back and made my sandwich herself. She also refunded the price of the sandwich for the trouble I experienced. Thank you Alondra! Because of you Carl's Jr will continue to get my business.

Carl's Jr was a great day for us to go have lunch! We both have the large burgers and medium fries and a Diet Coke and Dr Pepper! The french fries were very good. The one thing that I did notice was that on the beverage unit something was broken and the last time I went in it was also broken! For whatever reason they do not seem to replace those things that are broken readily! Of course I will be there again because I live close to them.

When the music was too loud in the lobby, they completed my request to turn down the volume. That was very nice of them since they didn't have to do that. The staff there was really nice when we were trying to figure out what we were ordering

Not the greatest customer service, but not the worst. It's what you would expect and nothing special. Could use an upgrade on bathrooms and dining area. They do bring your food so that's always a plus. The 2-5pm slider deal for double cheeseburger is nice. Can't beat the 5 dollar meal deals.
