The girl at the counter didn't seem to have a strong great on how to do her job.

Food is great. Service... Not do much. Each time we go it's rolling the dice as to what they will mess up on our order. I just love fried chicken, so we keep going.

Just a little too long of a wait. I really wanted fish but the wait was too long. I got the shrimp. My daughters liked the chicken. Fries are the bomb. They were out of cocktail sauce. :(

Will never go back. I went to this Popeyes with my family, we ordered individual meals. My meal includes 2 sides. I chose the potatoes and gravy and the green beans. Had to wait but when we received our meal the chicken did not taste fresh the potatoes were cold and when I opened my green beans they were soggy, appeared to be what they had salvaged from the end of the pot, was not a full serving and was tasteless. I went back up to the counter to ask for another serving immediately after we got our food and the counter kid referred me to a young manager who refused to correct my order. Told me I had eaten out of it and the store policy restricted him from correcting my order. I tried to explain my issue with the order but he wasn't hearing it. He finally again stated his refusal to correct my order and walked away. I asked for the main manager and was told he was the only manager on duty. Got no help whatsoever. It just amazes me how his young stupid self would risk losing a paying customer over a dish of green beans. Go figure, they probably throw away more food than that in the run of the day. And this was about 3pm. Real sad.... whatever happend to good customer service. If I could do no stars, I would
