    Love this mall! It could do with some renovating, but it is clean and has great stores. It also has a movie theater. I definitely will be coming back!!

    "Hello?? Is anyone here??" Everytime I come here. This mall is slowly dying. The stores are constantly closing and news ones pop up and meet the same fate. A lot of the stores are completely empty. They got rid of the Paradise Bakery and the Subway in the food court. You know a place is bad when Subway leaves. I only come here for the Picture Show.

    This place was a huge part of my childhood and I've always loved it. The stores were always nice and clean, and there was a good option of places to go. It's sad to see so many empty stores now.

    Paradise Valley unfortunately seems to be a dying Mall. I keep coming back hoping to see that more of the empty stores and restaurants have been filled, but it has been years and it doesn't seem like change is coming anytime soon. In its heyday it was one of the best hangouts in North Scottsdale, but in recent years it has waned with the arcade going out along with many big-name restaurants and stores. It is in such a great location and the surrounding businesses in the outer hub are doing so well, it is surprising to see how dead the mall can be even on a Friday or Saturday. We still love to come to the mall for a pretzel or some ice cream, but it would be great to see more stores come in and be part of this great location.

    Good kids play area. The mall is slow on businesses. They have a great theater with comfortable seats and rarely packed due to knowledge of the theater. Getting word out for more traffic as it is a great place and location just needs more people.
