New building. It was nice inside. Our son had a blast inside the play area.

Busy location so your wait time will vary depending on the time you go like from 8am-4:30pm is mostly their busiest time during the week I repeat mostly their busiest... unsure about weekends but I'm sure it's just as busy. Service and cleanliness is 6 out of 10.. Beware of heavy foot traffic of panhandlers etc. very common in most all areas of Phoenix and surrounding areas but I'm just advising so please don't take it the wrong way. Nice! This is one of the brand new and recently remodeled McDonald's. They have the new, computer ordering displays - where you order and pay for it without involving a human. I gotta say the staff seem to be happy and very helpful. Like I said, "it's nice".

Awesome! The staff went above and beyond to assist me. The touchscreen was not working properly and the staff did not hesitate to offer assistance. They brought the food to our table!
