    Typical Einstein's with great and speedy service but I knocked a star off because when I ask for extra shmear, half the time I get a regular amount. I'm getting charged extra so I'd expect to have the extra shmear :(

    Great bagels when you just want a quick breakfast or are just craving a bagel. Their selection can be a bit small and sometimes they don't seem very fresh, but I think it all depends on what time you go. I have had great experiences and some not so great here, so to me this location is just ok.

    Good food, when you get it. I understand the time-consuming create-from-scratch position, and that's fine. But the wait to check out is a pain. Today, on a Saturday noon, there was only one poor gal handling the register. And the folks in front of me had a complicated order, including problems with their frequent-buyer account. Then the lady was offered her "free" beverage (assumably as part of the frequent customer benefits), and the cappuccino she ordered took additional minutes. All in all, a 10 minute wait to pay, and my to-go order was barely warm as I left the store....
