Jack in the Box

Oh my only one person working and that same person that took the order, Made the order, gave us the order in as a hundred percent correct fast and good.

Hopefully I can steal him from there, and put him to work in my company.

The CSR girl Jessica at your Jack in the Box was great with her customer service I wish I could say the same for the manager she told me that they had a 3-minute timer and that I couldn't be there more than three minutes and she rushed me out they forgot to give me salt and pepper it's not a big deal but it was the attitude that she had towards this but kudos to Jessica she was great

I ordered curly fries and chocolate milk, but got linear fries and a shake. Good burger, for fast food, though.

I would have given 5 stars however.....The husband and I walked into the dining room, it was clean, cashier was busy at the DT window, we waited at the counter for 3 minutes without being acknowledged! Now3 minutes may not seem like much time but It seems like an eternity when your just standing and waiting. The cashier walked past us looking me directly in the eyes and still not a word. Once she did come over she was pleasant. The food was hot and as ordered. Would have given five star if only the cashier had just said " Hello I will be right with you". Just acknowledge the person standing there.

4 stars from me, because when we go to this location on the weekends- there's always a young guy in the drive through that's so nice. He's very accurate and never screws up the order. It's just an average JITB, but that kid is a star employee.
