Frost Gelato at the Biltmore

Seriously - the BEST gelato ever. They always have an awesome seasonal flavor, but I'm hooked on the Bubble Gum - so dang good! My daughter (her fav is the toasted marshmallow flavor) has a peanut allergy and they are always good about being careful to ensure that there is no cross-contamination, which we appreciate so much. Been here multiple times and every time the staff has been super nice and they even walk around with waters to serve customers. Can't recommend enough!

This place is great! Caroline was amazing- so friendly and let us try almost all the flavors- and gave us a little detail on everything- amazing. They also have chocolate whipped cream- right there- that’s when they secured my custom for life. Highly recommend!

I can't believe there aren't more of these Gelato spots around. The flavors are great. If I think to call this gourmet Gelato isn't a stretch. They clearly use quality ingredients... Real, authentic ingredients ingredients for real, authentic flavor. Innovative, right? Use real strawberries for strawberry flavor! Or champagne for champagne flavor! But seriously, this is great. The equipment comes from Italy. I recommend dark chocolate and the #1 selling sea salt caramel. Boom. You're welcome.

Always a great experience here. The staff is always willing to help out and is always friendly. They have so many flavors to choose from and with rotating flavors, there's always something new to try. You can combine multiple flavors in a cup, so it makes the flavor combinations endless. This is definitely a place to check out in Biltmore shopping.

Staff were pleasant and patient while my friend and I tasted a bunch of options before selecting one. I had only been to the Frost I know in Tucson and this one had even better customer service. Best place to get gelato in phoenix. The flavors were so amazing it was had to make a decision!
