Dilla Libre Gourmet Quesadillas & Cantina

If you are looking for a major upgrade on your quesadillas, tacos, etc. you will want to check out this local favorite. Themed to pay tribute to the great tradition of Mexican wrestlers, with soft lighting and a staff that takes pride and ownership, this is one of my favorites. Think quesadillas only come with cheese or chicken? Not here. The Papa Dilla for example is an original. I won't give it all away, but let's just say there are potatoes involved. From the freshly baked chips, to the salsas, it is well worth the price. They offer some of the best creative nonalcoholic beverages - with combinations not seen elsewhere. I usually get 3 carnitas tacos for $11. And they are generous enough so that you will be happy. Dilla Libre also has food trucks, but if you are near 16th St and Northern, give them a try.

Awsome. Ethan and the staff were friendly and great in general. Food had tremendous flavor and I can't wait to go back for another time and have a drink or two. Music was on point too.

I Love this place!!! Amazing Quesadillas, Awesome Decor, what appears to be an Extraordinary Cocktail Selection. I don't drink often, so we'll just have to wait and see if I get the opportunity to try any of these cocktails in the future.
