Copper Blues

Went with a group of 12 last and we had a great time. The food was delicious, that staff was attentive and the entertainment was rocking. Casey the GM stopped by and introduced himself, couldn't be a nicer guy. We'll definitely be back.

What an awesome experience, and it's just down the street from me. Good food, good people, and a smashing time. I celebrated a friend passing an exam with roughly 20 people. The venue was large enough to accommodate the entire group. The staff were friendly and showed up periodically. I've been eager to go back.

All star experience - ambiance, food, and drinks. Ever since I last went a couple of weeks ago, I've been eager to go back. I didn't experience the standup, but that's certainly on the list. Definitely a sweet spot to visit!

The food is better than your average bar, but not up to par for a restaurant. The music and shows are great. The reason for the 2 less stars is the service. It seems they choose their servers based on looks rather than ability. Every time I've been here (3 times) the service is discombobulated and was lack lustre.

Love the new Copper Blues Live at Desert Ridge. Good food, friendly staff, excellent service in a relaxing atmosphere. Hip and upbeat but not too loud. We could have a conversation at our table! Highly recommend!
