Ingrid Hertz believes in community, empowering people to help other people, helping to network local businesses to the general public, and creating a place where we all come together to eat in friendship and fun. She and her team create and produce healthy, vegan, non-gmo, organic, handmade food that is colorful, healthy, great tasting, fun to eat, and affordable. I Ingrid and Daniel's dream of community kitchen, community spirit and community creativity. We can all make it an everyday reality.

Ingrid and her team, many of whom are volunteers do such a great job every week of preparing high quality, great tasting food that is organic, local and intentional.

I attended Community Cuisine Dinner for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The food was flavorful and vibrant, all organic, and on the night I went, 100% vegan and gluten free. A little more heads up about allergens would have been helpful.
The Head Cook James sat with us for a little while and we talked about cooking experiences. As a chef, I have a hard time eating other people's food because it usually doesn't hit my high standards. The staff at Community Cuisine surpassed any expectations that I had.
I will continue attending. The mission is to help feed those in need, and the dinner is pay as you go. I am absolutely in line with this philosophy. Thank you to Ingrid and Daniel for providing a table for me to eat at and enjoy!
