    The food and service is good. Love coming here with my friends for some late night food. Servers are always friendly and ready to help

    Love the food! The waiters are very friendly and when they serve on you prompt, they're very fortunate for you to decide what kind of food you want! I definitely would go there again! I happened to have a breakfast meal, and pancakes were wonderful!

    Happy, if tired, wait staff; great pancakes. Had the Free short stack and donated some fudge to the kids' charity. I had forgotten how Good IHOP pancakes with warned maple syrup (which they did happily) are. Service was good; place was clean. Enjoy! :)
