Denny's

This is not the same Denny's you used to go to with your grandma. The menu is updated. The food is awesome. And they still have great service too. I had the chicken with the bourbon sauce, on a skillet with fresh bell peppers mushrooms and onions. The french fries were served unbelievably hot and they have a nice new in shape and seasoning. I have had the bourbon sauce at one of their competitors I won't mention the name it but it's initials we're Ruby Tuesday. Oops the bourbon sauce at Ruby Tuesday's was horrible. And their salad bar has less and less fresh stuff on it and more stuff out of a can every time I go there. I could tell you I will be spending more time at Denny's in the future

Clean fresh smelling entryway ALWAYS a good sign.
It started out like that and even got better.
I was fortunate to have Joshua as my waiter. Knowledge about the menu, not afraid to make a suggestion. Coffee was there as the cup started to go towards half.

I had the potroast, creamed corn, and mashed potatoes with gravy.
Food came out hot and Joshua returned to see if all was well, which it was.
Now comes the surprise. He is only in this job for his third day!
Amazing. Great people person.
Don't change, sir, and you will do well wherever you go.

A great visit here in Phoenix. I would not hesitate to return.

I never go to Denny's because it's not my cup of tea but it was early I was hungry and had two hours to kill. So Denny's it was and this Denny's was by far the cleanest and most welcoming Denny's I've been to. My waitress Jennifer was very nice and polite deposit me sitting there for two hours didn't rush me had my food out at a reasonable time and always ready to refill my coffee before I even knew I needed a refill. I don't travel to West Phoenix often but if I ever find myself hungry at a time other restaurants are closed I'll be sure to return to that Denny's.
