This place is great, New Mexican food, the portions are huge and the food is always delicious. Is a spicy treat. They have quite a bit of outdoor seating which is great when it's nice out

As good as if not better than our experience before the fire. The food was amazing. The atmosphere was recreated from the first restaurant and our servers were delightful. I can't wait to go back.

Food was delicious! Great atmosphere too! Great service...with a caveat. The hostess definitely needs some training. We walked in and stood at the entrance to be seated. She walked up a few minutes later and asked us if we needed something. I said yes, to be seated. That confused her. No, really. I'm serious. She got all flustered, looked around the restaurant, and back at me like she didn't know what to do. I asked if there was a wait for a table. That really threw her for a loop. She looked at the computer and then back at me with no answer. I ended the awkward situation by deciding we would sit at the bar. Best decision I made! We had the best service from Reyna! She really made our experience the best it could of been! She was truly top notch. Really enjoyed the food too! Heads up...entrees are huge! Easily could be split. Definitely would go back and recommend!

The food is considered and Marketed as Southwestern cuisine, so savory and very spicy. You can also get a good Grill there. We consider us regulars there at least once a month. Excellent for special occasions or happy hour with friends.

When I walked into Richardson's, I felt like I was striding into a secret hideaway. Their indoor/outdoor patio is gorgeous! Plants hang from pergolas and line adobe-like support columns, tables and booths with cushy pillows offer comfortable places to eat, and the heat lamps keep things toasty, is you're not already toasted from the cocktails at the patio bar. 5 stars for ambiance!
The servers were very nice, but maybe a bit slow, although it was a packed house on a Saturday night, so some of that is to be expected.
For appetizers, I had octopus and calamari-delicious. For course 1, a wedge salad with cheese, cabbage, tomatoes, and onions-decent. For course 2, I had a green chili burger with added onions and mushrooms. The beef was cooked well and they were generous with the veggies. The batter on the onion rings was light and tasty. They did forget my tomatoes and didn't omit the bun, as requested, but again, they were slammed. The flop was the cheesecake. It was too tart and pudding-like, not fluffy.
Overall, a great place-I'll be back!
