Super yummy! Can't wait to go again. I got the headless shrimp. So easy to peel. Spice number two and the sauce started with a T (totally forgot the name) the corn on the cob was bomb and my husband loved the veggies.
Great food, great bartenders and wait staff. We felt like a king and queen! Rachel was amazing and turned us over to two other great servers when she left! The snow crab legs and oysters were amazing too!
Thrilled to finally have a seafood restaurant in the North valley but the place was so loud my group was shouting to be heard. The perimeter tables have AC vents blowing hard directly at them giving you limited time to finish any fried meal you order before it's cold and unappetizing. The atmosphere was like Chuck E Cheese turned up to 11 on noise but with alcohol instead of rides and games. The food was good. Will certainly try again if I can find a quieter time and a more central table. Or if I'm getting the meal to go.
Great place for Louisiana style seafood. Eat with your fingers (or a fork) and make a mess. It isn't a cheap place to eat if you order by the pound, but it is worth it. Staff was friendly and the food was fast and hot. Speaking of hot. Order low on the spice scale. I did a 1 and was feeling it. My wife can handle the hottest spice at any Mexican restaurant in town and she was barely at a 3. Wife had a 2lb Lobster and I had 2lb muscles with 1lb clams. $100 or so without any alcohol.
I'd say this place is so-so the foods pretty good, decor and ambiance is not so great. They let you write on the walls and that's the decorations on the walls. I guess it's supposed to be like a Cajun backyard party. And I get that but... It just comes across as a little stark on decorations. They do have some cute little caricatures denoting their food prices but they're hard to find. If they made them bigger and easier to find it could be cute. But the way it is I have no reason to take someone to impress them. A little more theme, and a little less rustic would go a long way there. They have a huge projector screen they could show a fish tank on that or something for ambience. I might go back for seafood but I wouldn't take friends, or family out for dinner and drinks there. It's not worth the prices too take a group.
