The Collins Small Batch Kitchen

I just LOVE The Collins! Their menu is varied, their food is not only of the highest quality but the taste of everything is excellent. We went once with friends & he would never eat brussel sprouts but we ordered an appetizer for the table & managed to cajole him into trying them. They come slightly burned with thick cut bacon & a balsamic reduction. They're delicious. After the first bite he continued to eat them. His wife was amazed! Everything else there is excellent too. You must try this place, but park in the back, it's much easier.

Stopped in for dinner and couldn't have been more pleased. I had salmon and roasted cauliflower....both delicious! Others at the table had the rotisserie chicken and redfish special and they both raved about their dinner and sides. Great meals for kids too. Nice atmosphere and the staff was very attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back!

Come early to get the best of everything. Fewer fans means less noise and no wait plus some deals on food and drink. A trendy place that is one of the four offerings provided by the family.

They have creative food plated and presented nicely. The servers are all pleasant and efficient. We were there at a very busy time and still didn't have to wait long for anything. The food was good, and it was creatively put together with a delightful outcome. No one at the table of four was disappointed!

Stopped in for lunch and we were NOT disappointed! I had the French Dip and mac and the Mac and cheese based on their recommendation and it was probably one of the best I’ve had! (See second pic). My husband got the Chicken and Brie which was grilled but still so juicy with this great tomato marmalade and the fries were so crispy and flavorful! We’ll be back for sure!
