Little Dragon Chinese Restaurant

Out of the way diner , rustic interior, server were polite and qiick.
I had the pork fried rice very good and fresh.
I also had an egg roll which was good.
At the table was a Orange Chicken dinner the orange chicken was okay. Egg drop soup is good, along with the tea.

Very cool place. Food is amazing. Recommend this restaurant if you are ever in this area and don't know what to eat.

I first started going here about 8 years ago, when one of my former students told me that her family owned the place. My favorite dishes are the Beef Fried Rice and the Peppered Beef. Of course, have to have a tsingtao beer to go with it.

The onions and peppers are sauteed just right. They are cooked, but still have a bit of a crunch to them.

The beef is quite tender (even the once in a great while, tough piece is still edible), and is spiced just right.

The servings are plentiful.

My waitress was someone I hadn't seen before (though it's been a long time since my last visit). She started to take my order, But the hostess knew what I have so she told the waitress for me.

My only issue, was that after serving, she didn't stop by and ask how things were (I wonder if this is a trend now days?).
