Chili's Grill & Bar

Good is actually very good. Nice place to go. It's not necessarily more expensive than other restaurants. Spicy sauces are made in front of you.

Chili's: I am seriously impressed. Excellent & attentive customer service by staff & management. My mom ordered the 10 oz steak medium rare & waiter waited to make sure it was cooked to her satisfaction. It was not & he immediately apologized & took it away to have another steak prepared properly. They even offered her additional soup or salad for the inconvenience. The manager personally came by to apologize for the steak. Amazing hospitality & thoroughness of making sure we were happy with our food. Beyond impressed. Her second steak was absolutely delicious. She was very happy. They have great specials throughout the day/evening. Great portions & both our meals (I had the margarita chicken) were delicious. Sooooo full & still have leftovers. (Waiter: Tim was friendly, professional & very sweet.)

Place is clean and nice. The manager approached us to see if everything was going good, which I thought was nice. The only reason I give it a 4 star is it was a Saturday (which it is a pretty busy day) and the waiter was scruffy looking and barely came by the table. He wasn't rude or anything just thought he looked like he just rolled out of bed and walked into work.
But the food was fantastic and will be returning.

I went here for lunch not really a spot I would normally pick but others with me wanted to go. I was going to get a burger without the patty just the veggie topping ( vegetarian) but the waitress said I should try the black bean patty. I was skeptical because I’ve tried one before and didn’t like it. She kept insisting that it was really good, I did and it was amazing! So delish!

It was my friends and I first time there and we enjoyed the variety of food items on your menu. I had 1 of your Chicken Salad dishes and it was filling and delicious and hot with favor and heat. I have planned my next visit there for lunch or dinner and I have recommended Chili's to my friends and family members to eat at for a lunch or dinner outing. Sorry for the late response and our waiter was very nice and courteous to us, the restaurant was very clean and the place was very pleasant.
