POPO'S Fiesta Del Sol

Heard good things about this place so drove across town to try it. Loved it!!!
Chips are light and delicious, salsa is perfect, we tried tacos + enchiladas. The tacos are very generously sized and both the shredded chicken (my husband's favorite) and shredded beef (my favorite) landed as #1 in Phoenix in our book. The red sauce for the enchilada was ok but nothing extra special.
This is certainly a hole in the wall spot - ambiance is lacking. But, fast + friendly service and super good food means I can't wait to go back.

So I’ve actually been coming here with family since I was a child over 10 years now. This place is super nostalgic and always yummy. Our most recent trip was probably the best by far. Service was prompt and food came out even faster and was hot and fresh. Love love PoPos.

This was a very good lunch spot. Chips and salsa were great. The lunch menu has a variety of things to choose from at a decent price and I had the burrito plate which was more than enough and delicious. Parking fills up fast in this Plaza so get here early.

Absolutely one of the best Mexican restaurants I have ever been too! Clean, friendly staff and amazing food. We got the all you can eat tacos husband got shredded beef and I got chicken. The taste of the meat is soooooo good you can taste the marinade in it. Beans are on point and so is the rice. You have to try it to believe it!

My favorite place for tacos and Mexican food in general. My other favorite is their cheese enchiladas. A good place to bring your family and Friends.... the service is great and the atmosphere is very comfortable and family-friendly. They have several TVs in the restaurant as well with all different sports events. And for dessert my all-time favorite, deep fried ice cream and big enough to share!
