This restaurant is a little joint that seems popular with tradespeople looking for a quick bite. I went at lunch and it was packed with Mexicans - always a good sign in a Mexican place! I had barbacoa (pulled beef BBQ) combination with chicken, which was simply grilled but nicely done. It was served with some light soup, perhaps a meat broth with beans and other vegetables, that was satisfying. The price was very reasonable, less than McDonald's probably, so why ever go there? I felt like I was in Mexico while I was in there - English is not the first language, and that's OK with me; they speak FOOD.

The carne asada was delicious, the lemonade too, and the beans, the tortilla chips... everything! Also the service was super nice and they were super accommodating: I mentioned I don't like cilantro and they even brought avocado instead of guacamole without asking for it. Also, prices were great. 100% recommended!

I’ve found my favorite tacos in all of Phoenix! This is truly as good as it gets. From the spicy fresh made salsa served with the chips, to the warm and tasty beans, to the creamy horchata, this place does not disappoint. It’s a hole in the wall, and that’s what makes it so special- you could drive by 100 times and never realize what you’re missing out on. The cabeza tacos served here are the best I’ve ever had. So good, I’ve never found the need to try anything else. They are not only authentic, but so salty, savory, and the meat literally melts in your mouth. If you’re looking for Americanized Mexican food, this isn’t for you. If you’re looking for authentic food, cooked and served to you from the heart, then this is your place.

Smokey deliciousness! Its a tiny unassuming restaurant but definitely worth checking out. From the parking lot you can smell the smokey goodness behind the doors of this restaurant. Everything here is incredibly good, I can't recommend a particular item because of that. Also the prices and the delicious accompaniments that come along with your meal, makes it an insanely great value.

Stopped here to grab a quick bite and was happy with what I received. I tried a couple chicken tacos and they were quite tasty. The tables have habanero and jalapeno sauce to add and really stepped up the heat. This place has a small dining area however they do have seating for eat in. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. Perfect spot for a quick taco night.
