Brazilian Bull Steakhouse

Much better than the negative reviews would have you believe. My friends wanted to go and I was worried because of the bad reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. Food is good, service is attentive and the price is reasonable. I've been to a few other Brazilian restaurants of higher quality but you're also paying quite a bit more as well. The meat came consistently and with a good variety. The servers were polite and very attentive. All in all I can recommend!

Went there for lunch today. It's in a little strip mall, but the interior was nice. Very nice salad bar and I was surprised to see a number of middle eastern dishes on the salad bar, but they were well done! The hot appetizers were delicious and the little rolls on the table were good also. I must say that service was very slow, there was only one server running around trying to serve the various meats to everyone in the restaurant. One gal stood in a corner next to the desert table...and the only time she did anything was when we asked to see the desert cart, I don't know why she just stood in the corner, she certainly could have helped out a bit. The meat choices were good, but not seasoned as well as another Brazilian restaurant that I've been to in the past. And the woman who seated us, came around infrequently to see how we were doing, which was fine however there was one rather large party with several very young children that were running around the restaurant in and out the front door of it and that was disturbing. I have a lot of patience with children, but if you take them to a nice restaurant, make sure they know how to be mannerly. There are other options for restaurants that are good learning experiences for children to practice being mannerly. The wait staff just seemed to let these kids run wild..The price for the whole lunch experience I believe was appropriate and I wouldn't mind going back again, I will make sure I have plenty of time though.

Went here a few weeks ago for my birthday and honestly was ready to leave after going to the salad bar. . . nothing really looked very appetizing. When the meat came though I was very happy. It was all delicious. Really loved the grilled pineapple as well. The best part for me was the flan for desert. . .it was AMAZING! I would defiantly go again.

At lunch you will not get beef tenderloin or lamb, which are the best meats, though lunch does cost much less. They only have the Brazilian dancers on New Year's Eve, according to our server, which we were expecting since they advertised it as though it was every night or weekend. We at first were the only table, until one other small family walked in. Still, the meats came to or table very slowly. To compare, we went to another place like this in downtown San Diego, and we could not stop the meats from coming one after the other.
Also, the salad bar here at Brazilian Bull had nothing interesting-- totally not worth getting filled up on. The meat has a little propane taste to it. Would have been much better with a wood taste... it was still ok. The flan for desert was average. My wife ordered a slice of cake and it was on the dry side. Could be fun with a large crowd or during the time they provide live entertainment/Brazilian dancers.
