Burger King

Have been decent to great in the past but last few times they keep forgetting entire items and ALWAYS rush me off so fast I don't even think to check it. Asked for ketchup to go with the fries since they usually don't give any and he nicely did, but should have realized he didn't put my fries in there at that point, but he didn't care.

Nice and friendly staff! Food came out fresh and quick. I understand this isn’t the best neighborhood and they have unique guest but I dont blame BK for that that’s not under there control. They did do customer service, Food quality, and speed right with me though so with that 5 stars.

Food was okay. Very expensive, $28 for the food you see in pic below. Soda machine was out of order, and too many crackheads outside.

This is a really clean burger King, even the landscaping and parking lots outside are clean. The service was fast, and the employees are patient and professional. Just an all around great visit, I didn't expect to be wowed by a Burger King before, but this is the best one I've visited from Phoenix, so far. Great work BK family 👍🏼

As I stood in line, my lady asked to use the restroom. The young Hispanic female manager replied that they were only for customers. We both replied that we were customers. She reluctantly pressed a button on the wall that allowed guests access to a "Public bathroom".

I waited for my lady to return so she could give me her order. Before arriving, the manager came back and asked me for my order. I told her I was waiting for my lady to come back. She walked away annoyed as if I offended her. Another patron in the restaurant began to laugh and shake his head.

The manager made a comment to the expo to basically take our order when we were ready in such a derogatory manner that I just wanted to leave.
The rest of the interactions with the other staff went fine after our order was placed and received, but I still felt as if we were being watched like criminals, all while trying to have breakfast before going to the airport. Definitely a negative experience.👎🏾👎🏾
