(December 22, 2019, 7:34 pm)Today, I experienced watching James provide the best customer service I've ever seen at a Circle K. I listened to James greet and service others as I fixed my lunch. Very friendly.
He provided my the same professional service. Then when I asked if corporate listens to suggestions from the field, he was all ears for my suggestion.
Then the topper, though I use the circlek app, I want aware of the 12 days of Christmas specials. James alerted me to the deals, which are pretty awesome. Nobody else has ever mentioned the deals to me.
I visit about 15 circle k's each week. I've seen a vast varaity of customer service. If you look at my reviews, I've given one California store a blistering fit lousy service. -
