Copperhead Bistro

Had several dishes now. All have been excellent. Trio lasagna, toffee cake. Great ingredients.

I’d been keeping an eye on this location and was excited when a new restaurant opened up, so I decided to give takeout a try. The owner was extremely friendly on the phone and when I arrived to pick up my order. The pizza definitely satisfied my craving for a good NY-style pie, plenty of quality cheese and a nice fluffy crust. Will definitely have to come back for a lunch special or happy hour in the future. It would also make a nice place for a casual night out.

This is a new restaurant we just happened to come across. It was an amazing decision. We had the luxury of meeting one of the owners, Josh, and had an amazing conversation with the waitress, Laura. The entree was exquisite and the dessert was transcendent. The night ended with socializing with other patrons which was the cherry on top. A huge congratulations to Josh and his best-friend for creating an amazing atmosphere with equally amazing food! (I highly recommend the lasagna trio)

My significant other and I thoroughly enjoyed our dinner here. The space was relaxing, clean, and the service was quick. Everything we ordered was delicious! The pizza was crisp and flavorful. Rigatoni had that little extra spice, and the dessert was gone in no time. I highly recommend!
