    I like the app for Domino's Pizza it's easy to use and user friendly. It's nice to be able to order without waiting .

    Ordered online as usual. Food wasn’t ready when I arrived, but that does happen from time to time, depending on how busy they are. No big deal.
    Asked what the delay was and found they had misread the order and made cinnamon twists instead of garlic twists. The counter person asked if I wanted the cinnamon twists too and when I said I didn’t want to buy the mistake she indicated they would not charge me for them. In that case, fine, I’ll take them.
    When everything was ready, as I checked the order, no cinnamon twists. I was informed the manager told the counter person they could not comp them. Manager should have been the one to tell me that, not hide behind the counter employee.
