Federal American Grill

I was there for a happy hour work function and it was great! We had a bunch of different food catered to us - chicken sliders, beef sliders, bang bang shrimp (my favorite), fried asparagus, truffle fries - everything was delicious. Service was spot on, beers were cold, the old fashioned I ordered was delicious. If you're in the area, it's highly recommend you grab a bite and a drink and Federal American Grill!

Second visit there, we wanted some appetizers before a concert at the MIM. Our service was impeccable. If you get Justin, you're in good hands. We had wings, bang bang shrimp and truffle Mac and cheese. All we're delicious! As well as our smoked old fashioned and ice cold beer.

Okay to start they are great with allergies, they know what is in their food. The atmosphere is great and I love the funny quotes on the walls. I got the burger and it was delicious, very impressed. Last thing, kids BEWARE! Their lemonade is HORRIBLE! But that is literally the only bad thing about this place!

I never tried this restaurant before so wanted to give it a shot. I checked out their menu online and a couple things caught my eye so I decided to go. Was seated promptly and waited a couple minutes for the server. We were greeted very nicely and the server took his time to explain things since it was our first time in.

We ended up getting two apps and two entrees. Everything was fantastic. My meatloaf was one of the best I had. Fork tender and added with the mashed potatoes, out of this world.

I’ll be back here next time I’m in Scottsdale for sure.

Took my family of 8 for dinner. First time visiting American Federal Grill. The atmosphere was inviting and comfortable. Great service and the food was amazing! Bang bang shrimp, meatloaf and scallops for the win! A sweet ending to the evening with a taste of all the desserts! We’ll absolutely be back!

What a cool place! Service was EXCELLENT! From the servers, food runners, and the GM. The general manager personally checked on me several times and shared his direct contact info. I never had to ask for more water- they had it covered right away. Food is awesome! Happy hour menu is robust with reasonable prices. The food is large portions with excellent quality. Great ambiance too.
