Flamingo Palace

Not a bad Chinese restaurant, they tend to be a little oily and greasy but still tasty. Their staff is nice but could try to be a little better at listening. Heard them helping other guests and notices they kept having a hard time understanding what the guest wanted. There is this one waitress who was very good and did a great job. She appeared to be non-chinese maybe Hispanic but very nice and hospitable.

Very good food.. this was my first time ordering. Crab rangoon is a must actual crab and not just cream cheese. Shrimp were huge.. give this an A+ and we will keep ordering.

The food was really good. We did a family meal for the two of us. Hot and sour soup to start. Pu Pu platter next. The entrées were shrimp fried rice, mu shoo pork, and flamingo chicken.
We would order the Flamingo chicken again.
Staff was friendly and the place was clean and beautiful.
The meal for the two of us was $42 before tip.

We've been going to Flamingo Palace for 14 years now. It's typically my go to for a Chinese Meal. The food and service has always been great, until last night when I ended up with cold beef in my beef lo mein, it didn't make it any better that my husbands meal had to be recooked as they added onions to a dish that we requested no onion on.

Service was the bigger issues yesterday. We received our water and menus and then watched as tables around us were served before us. Finally she came over and took our order, which included beverages.

Our food arrived, and as stated my husbands had to go back (he's allergic to onions), at this point we still hadn't received our drinks. We reminded the expo that we were still waiting on them. They arrived when his food came out the second time.

After we finished up eating, we sat and waited for someone to come over and bring us to-go containers, like they were doing with the other tables around us that had shown up after us. Finally, my husband got up and got our own boxes which prompted someone to bring us our check.

I will definitely go back and hope that it was a one time issue with the service because we really do like the food and location.

Great Chinese food. Big portion sizes. The leftovers from a two person dinner lasted us 2 days. The service was decent considering they were swamped. The absolute best part about the experience was having tea at the end. The tea was amazing.
