Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

1st time at this location. Ordered 2 of "the" sandwiches. Gotta say they didn't live up to the hype, but they were good. However, I gotta say the staff were beyond excellent.

I love Popeyes but was disappointed by the customer service and chicken tenders. I ordered 2 meals and asked for a Sprite Zero. This particular location has Sprite Zero so I drive there. I repeated it 2x and when I went to pay, I was handed two cola drinks. I said "Excuse me, I asked for Sprite Zero and these are colas" The person didn't respond, she grabbed a cup filled it with ice pushed a button. She then said " We don't have Sprite Zero" She could've told me that the first two times I asked for Sprite Zero when I ordered. Very unfriendly and it was obvious she didn't want to be there. I usually get amazing friendly people when I go there so I was surprised by her demeanor. I don't expect a bubbly personality but be congenial and professional. I went home, opened my tenders and I think it was a 3 piece split to look like a 5 piece. Pictures attached. I hope it was an off day but if it was not then these things should be addressed.

I Love Popeyes chicken!!! It is juicy and has just the right amount of spice. Their chicken sandwich is the best one around. The shrimp can't be beat. You gotta go there, you won't be sorry.

The cajun fries were well seasoned and had a great crunch to them. The flavor of the chicken was very good. The breading was light, which was pleasant. I only gave 4 because there was something odd about the chicken itself. It appeared to be overcooked and parts of each strip were very chewy.
