Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

I get that the place is new and it’s very popular. I understand that fact, however the parking lot was designed wrong and people are not going to approaching the drive-through like would be conducive to a normal drive-through to allow for easy flow through the lanes. They’re basically going parallel to the queuing lanes which forces drivers to make a Sharp U-turn to get into one of the three lanes. You are then puzzled, wondering what to do because your ability to move forward is now impeded because of the multiple drive-through attendants who have still not turned around to acknowledge us 5 minutes later.

seems to be an impediment to the smooth flow of traffic and customers through the drive-through got too many people working in the drive-through lanes trying to take your order that it almost bogs everything down

Atmosphere too 🔊 LOUD. Don't need the hypnotic disco balls. Chicken 🐔 is almost always excellent. French fries are delicious and additing. Bread at this. New location has been great. Cane's sauce, I have tried over the years and still don't care for it. Drink Bar too small, but over and above in taste and variety.

It took forever to get our food. We decided to get down and go inside as the drive thru was extremely long. After we ordered from the very polite cashier we sat. It was freezing, like uncomfortable cold especially as we are arizonians so cold is jot our jam. Then we waited for 35 minutes to get our food. It was the equivalent to a sit down restaurant that we would need to be dressed up for. It was crazy ridiculous. We wanted to hurry and get dinner for the kids but by the time we got home the kiddos fell asleep. Love canes but not the wait. Will skip and get chicken elsewhere

Cane's never disappoints! Hot and Fresh. Love the decor and definitely going back.
