Nice waiter and friendly. This was my first time there and I like the atmosphere. The food was delicious, definitely going back.

Beautiful place, delicious food and amazing service. You will love this place. It's near 7th street and Alvarado. The environment is cozy specially if you come with friends. We order spring rolls, sweet potatoes fries and Pho. It was all delicious. The server was attentive. You will love it here.

We really had an amazing experience here. We're glad that we've experienced their Happy hour. We went there Sunday afternoon and Pho is half the price which is really great! We started with a spring roll which I really love. Taste good! I ordered crispy rice with tofu and other veggies and I also love it! My husband ordered large bowl of their Pho and he also liked it. While my brother in law order braised pork with quail eggs. All in all we're satisfied and we'll definitely go back here. Plus their staff, they're very accommodating. And the ambiance, I really like it. The outside seating, so great! It's just hot outside and we have a baby so we're unable to stay there. But I really like it there. Thanks RICE PAPER for such a wonderful experience!
